Do you want to make a refund?

If you have an item that qualifies for return, please review the return policy which is below, then fill out the form above or email us at artisansvirtuosity@gmail.com. Once you submit the form or send your email, we will respond and request proof of purchase and proof of the purchase date.

After contacting us, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please use this label to send the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved and if you qualify for a refund.

Return Policy

All items purchased from this website are eligible for a no-questions-asked return within 14 days from the date of purchase. If delivery to your location takes longer than 14 days, you will receive an additional 7-day return window starting on the day you receive the item. Items returned after these timeframes are not eligible for return.

If you submit a refund request within the valid return period but we do not respond before the window closes, your item will still remain eligible as long as the request was made within the allowed timeframe.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, including:

  • No damage, wear, or alterations

  • All original accessories included

  • Original packaging intact and used to ship the item back

Proof of purchase and proof of the purchase date are required.

Return Shipping

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label once you contact us. The cost of return shipping will be paid by us.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Once approved, please allow 4–5 days for the funds to appear in your account.

Rejected Returns

If the item does not meet the return requirements and is rejected, we will notify you. You may choose to have the item sent back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the item to be returned to you.
